Terms and Conditions

When will I receive my order?

We will make every effort to ship your order within 4-6 business days for apparel and gift items.  Baits usually take 2-4 business days. In some cases, we may ship it the next day. However, most of our apparel is made to order and it is possible that products need to be ordered for us to complete your purchase. Especially in larger order situations. Larger bait orders may take a couple extra days as well. You will be notified if there is a delay. Hats may take up to 8 business days in some cases. In backorder situations, you will be notified and given the option to choose a different style/color or receive a full refund. 

Shipping

We use USPS to ship most items. Shipping times will usually vary from 3-6 business days and is at the carrier's discretion. Please contact us prior to you purchase, if you would like to ship your order faster. We are here to serve you any way we can! You will receive a tracking number in your email once the item ships. 

Returns/Exchanges

As of right now, we are only allowing size exchanges on shirts. You will be responsible for any shipping fees to do so. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you any questions on the fit and sizing of any of our products. We are happy to help you. Baits can be returned if found to be faulty (tails falling off or other defects) or we will gladly replace the faulty bait at no expense to you.  Just reach out to us.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Crappie Reapers Apparel & Baits is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have shipped. You can file a claim with the carrier using your tracking number if you wish. However, please let us know and we will try to help you if we can. 

Product Information

 We reserve the right to upgrade or change products, descriptions and prices without notice. Photographs may not be an exact representation of the item and options. Brands may be changed without notice but will be fairly consistent with previous brands. (i.e.  - style/feel/look/color)
